Last Saturday, I was attended an open house in St. Pete, hosted by Ann Richardson (who was wonderful by the way!). Upon stumbling across this property on my way the Brocante Vintage Market nearby, I was completely blown away by its curb appeal and knew I had to go take a peek inside! The finish material and bold choices were so beautiful to me that I began checking out the spec book instantly. At that point, I found myself wondering… “do they have Designers on staff? Because if so, I need to be one of them!”
